My mission is to educate women about alternative modalities and how to use them to become an active participant in their journey to health.
I want to help women be more curious, present, grounded and in touch with their bodies.
More than anything, I want energy healing to become mainstream and an accessible tool for women to enhance their physical, mental and emotional well-being.

I’m a Certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner. I love learning all about energy medicine including chakras, meridians, hormones, pain management, the Five Elements, and how brilliant the body is.
I was born in Los Angeles but spent every summer and winter break in Ecuador where both my parents are from. I moved to South Florida after the 1994 Northridge earthquake and have made it my home ever since.
I am blessed to be the mom of the most kindest and compassionate 11 year old girl that I know.
My primary element is Metal (Yin), my secondary is Wood (Yin), and I am a also a Leo sun, Aquarius moon and Capricorn rising. I enjoy strength training, yoga, and guided meditations.
