Episode 11: Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
EFT tapping, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, is a therapy technique loosely based on the techniques of acupuncture or acupressure. It uses the same basic energy meridians in the body to eliminate physical, emotional, and mental issues.
According to its developer, Gary Craig, a disruption in energy is the cause of all negative emotions and pain. With EFT, you balance the energy system of the body to relieve those issues.
